In celebration of Black History Month, AVNetwork and AVNation are taking a look at the many talented persons of color across the AV industry. Today we are joined by Alesia "The Smooth Factor" Hendley of Access Networks to discuss her journey through the AV industry. We talk about her experiences as a woman of color, the challenges she has encountered during her career, and how she worked through them.

Tim Albright is the founder of AVNation and is the driving force behind the AVNation network. He hols a B.S. from Greenville College and is pursuing an M.S. in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. When not steering the AVNation ship, Albright has spent his career designing systems for churches both large and small, Fortune 500 companies, and education facilities.
