With DTEN’s core product—a turnkey touch-screen collaboration board complete with camera, speakers, and microphones—end users can host a meeting right out of the box. State-of-the-art, built-in features that fly under the radar have always been central to the company’s design philosophy:

“We think that the best technology disappears in the room,” Krueckeberg said. “If you're constantly looking at it, or if it's intrusive, you're not really going to engage with that, and it's not going to keep you as productive as possible.”

However, Krueckeberg emphasized that DTEN’s expertise extends well beyond hardware. “We have a full software suite built on the back end, where a single IT manager—they might be new or inexperienced—is able to see all their devices on a single pane of glass,” he said. “We provide health reports. We have things like predictability, where they can check to know what things are important that day so they can stay on top of it.”

And when it comes to flexibility, end users can rest assured that regardless of their chosen collaboration platform or device management needs in the workplace, DTEN is going to be a reliable foundation for all their spaces.

“We're able to scale solutions to small, medium, and large rooms—and some of our customers haven't settled on their platform of choice, so we're staying flexible. Not only do we provide multiple platforms, but we also have BYOD technology in there.” Krueckeberg continued, “We have kiosks that allow you to engage virtually and manage people that aren't on-prem employees, but also guests in your building. These workplace tools are coming to life and being implemented more than ever. That more-than-just-the-meeting-room approach is a big value add to the DTEN structure.”
