Today, Darren Lin, CEO, MAXHUB US, talks modern meeting rooms, BYOD collaboration, LED presentation, content capture, and cloud-based device management.
SCN: What is your company’s story at InfoComm this year?
Darren Lin: MAXHUB’s story at InfoComm 2026 is about being a trusted solution provider in integrated commercial display and unified communications, delivering AI-powered collaboration for the connected workplace in North America. We’re showing how AI can make meetings more natural, efficient, and connected from joining a meeting to capturing content, sharing ideas, and managing devices.
Our booth is designed as an integrated AI meeting experience, guiding visitors through real workplace scenarios including modern meeting rooms, BYOD collaboration, LED presentation, content capture, and cloud-based device management. The goal is to show that MAXHUB is more than a product provider. We deliver a complete portfolio of integrated commercial display and unified communications solutions for huddle rooms, boardrooms, training spaces, and enterprise environments.
SCN: Why is InfoComm such an important show for you and your company?
A daily selection of the top stories for AV integrators, resellers and consultants. Sign up below.
DL: InfoComm is important because it brings together the AV, IT, workplace, channel, and media communities that are shaping the future of collaboration. For MAXHUB, it’s a key platform to connect with partners, customers, consultants, and integrators in person.
It also gives us the opportunity to reinforce our commitment to the North American market. We want attendees to experience how MAXHUB combines global innovation with local presence, support, and partner enablement. InfoComm allows us to demonstrate our solutions in real scenarios and show why MAXHUB is a trusted solution provider for integrated commercial display and UC solutions.
SCN: What do you expect the buzz to be on the InfoComm 2026 show floor?
DL: We expect the buzz to center around AI, simplified deployment, and more integrated workplace experiences. Customers are looking for smarter meeting solutions, but they also want technology that is easy to deploy, use, and manage.
AI-powered features such as camera framing, speaker tracking, audio optimization, meeting capture, and automated summaries will continue to attract attention. At the same time, we believe there will be strong interest in solutions that reduce complexity across different room types. MAXHUB’s portfolio addresses this with all-in-one Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions, BYOD collaboration, LED displays, digital signage, portable capture, and cloud-based device management.
SCN: What are the advantages of an all-in-one collaboration solution like the XBoard V7 Series?
DL: The biggest advantage of an all-in-one solution like the XBoard V7 Series is simplicity. It brings display, computing, camera, microphone, speakers, touch, and collaboration tools into one integrated system, helping reduce setup complexity and create a more consistent meeting experience.
For IT and AV teams, it means faster deployment, fewer separate devices to manage, and easier maintenance. For end users, it means they can walk into a room and start collaborating naturally, with features such as intelligent framing, speaker tracking, interactive whiteboarding, and Microsoft Teams Rooms support. It’s designed to make meeting spaces easier to deploy, easier to use, and easier to scale across the organization.
