At a press conference in the Central Hall, MAXHUB celebrated its continued North American expansion with several new products aimed at enhancing collaboration and simplifying installation. Darren Lin, CEO MAXHUB North America, kicked things off, highlighting how MAXHUB has become a truly global force in Pro AV. With eight global subsidiaries, MAXHUB has people on the ground in 35 countries with three service centers worldwide, selling trusted MAXHUB solutions in more than 140-plus countries. According to Lin, MAXHUB has the No. 1 market share in three categories: its 4-in-1 mainboard, its collaboration board, and the all-in-one LED.

Andy Xing, country manager, North America MAXHUB then took to the lectern to discuss MAXHUB’s North American expansion. Already with a new headquarters in Irvine, CA, MAXHUB is planning to expand its footprint from sea to shining sea with new locations either already opened or on the horizon in cities like Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, and Indianapolis. MAXHUB is investing heavily in North America to help customers in any location and any situation. He then highlighted a pair of programs that help MAXHUB stand out, the TEST DRIVE Program and VAR Partner Program. TEST DRIVE allows customers to touch, feel, try, and buy over a 30-day period, while the partner program rewards partner success.

Charlie McCarrel, director of pre-sales, MAXHUB, then took the stage to unveil a slew of new products, beginning with the NDI-certified CMB Series of standard commercial displays. The series has several sizes ranging from 43-98 inches and seamlessly integrates with Extron, Crestron, and Q-SYS to enable collaboration. Another product McCarrel was excited about was the new MAXHUB wireless screen sharing dongle. This was designed after listening to customer feedback as they desired a more simplified approach to collaboration. The dongle does just that, with no hassle. It enables users to share their screen up to 4K, plug-and-play in just three seconds, while supporting USB-A and C with enterprise-grade security.

Some of the other hardware products unveiled were the new MAXHUB Indoor Custom LED FA27 Series tailored for every space. Designed with a 16:9 standard format, it is lighter and thinner than before with quick lock installation with an integrated 3-in-1 board design. XBoard V7 AI-Powered Collaboration Board. MAXHUB has enhanced this with AI features like MAX AI Assistant, AI Notetaker, and AI real-time transcription which are available for demos in the AI Experience Room.

While also introducing the Universal Console TCP33T for Microsoft Teams Rooms, MAXHUB Mic Pod-DM30, the MAXHUB Portable Capture System (which brings a full production suite to every size environment from corporate meetings to school functions), and the MAXHUB Schedule Panel SP10, for intelligent scheduling panel, McCarrel shifted to MAXHUB’s new cloud management solution.

Pivot+ Cloud Management, which builds on and enhances MAXHUB’s Pivot platform, is a zero-touch solution, enabling users to pre-populate serial numbers of devices and be recognized immediately upon installation by all devices. Users can change content on all devices simultaneously with a full CMS. With enterprise security—it is ISO certified and GDPR compliant—whether you are in the conference room, a school, an exhibition room, or retail and hospitality, Pivot+ ties it all together.

The press conference concluded with Albert Kooiman, general manager, Microsoft, joining McCarrel for a fireside chat. MAXHUB and Microsoft have partnered to develop products that address specific customer needs. As Kooiman explained, the vision was to create a portfolio that addresses the needs for every space and that is what the two have been working on for the past few years. As Kooiman explained, the ultimate goal is to create a collaborative environment that is easy to install and maintain at a cost-effective budget. By enabling easy installation, it eliminates lofty installation expenses, and, as Kooiman pointed out, Microsoft and MAXHBUB have achieved just that with the all-in-one touch board.
