The new encoder is intended for use with 120 series decoders to provide a complete end-to-end video distribution system. The new encoder is a four-input AV-over-IP transmitter for use over a 1 GbE network utilizing H.264/H.265 encoding technology and AES 128-bit encryption. By combining four transmitters into one solution, users can have the same functionality in a space-saving 1 RU footprint, in addition to saving on the cost of buying four separate encoders.
