SCN: What is your company’s story at InfoComm this year?

John Halksworth: At InfoComm 2026, we are focusing on delivering truly integrated IP KVM solutions that provide operators with complete visibility and control across their entire environment. Our top stories for this year include our brand new update to the ADDERLink INFINITY system manager software, AIM, and the new SDK for our remote access KVM over IP solution, ARDx which extends control and integration with external platforms. We are demonstrating how our latest product innovations work together as a cohesive system for simplified management and improved performance. Visitors to our booth will see how our integrated solutions enable more efficient workflows and build greater operational confidence across even the most complex deployments.

SCN: Why is InfoComm such an important show for you and your company?

JH: InfoComm is a key point in the year for us to engage directly with customers, partners and the wider AV community. It’s not only about showcasing technology, it’s about having meaningful conversations, understanding evolving challenges, and sharing insight into where the industry is heading. The show provides a valuable platform to demonstrate innovation in a real-world context and support our customers with their latest AV challenges.

SCN: What do you expect the buzz to be on the InfoComm 2026 show floor?

JH: We are expecting to see a big focus on interoperability, security, and the convergence of AV and IT. As systems become more network-driven, there’s an increasing demand for solutions that are not only high performance but that are also scalable, easy to manage and secure. AI-assisted workflows and smarter, more intuitive system monitoring are also likely to be key themes with the overall conversation shifting from individual products to complete and integrated ecosystems and this is exactly where we’re focused.

SCN: How important has cybersecurity become for KVM over IP solutions?

JH: Cybersecurity is an essential consideration when it comes to KVM over IP solutions, particularly as deployments become more connected. Security is no longer a feature but an essential requirement.

With the latest upgrade to our system manager software, AIM 6, we have strengthened system security with enhanced front-end protection and complete user access management while also redefining matrix control in even the most complex environments. Designed specifically to simplify the management of complex environments, AIM 6 provides clearer system insight, streamlined navigation and more efficient day-to-day control supporting IT administrators in maintaining performance and security with confidence.
