SCN: What is your company’s story at InfoComm this year?

Sean Bowman: Shure is on a mission to be the most trusted solution provider in AV, and as the headline sponsor at InfoComm, we believe in the power this community has to make a global impact. In 2026, we’re highlighting the industry’s broadest enterprise-ready portfolio for the modern workplace while also celebrating the 10th anniversary of our Microflex Advance platform. Our flexible solutions, available on Windows and Android, with devices certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, can be remotely managed via our cloud service, ShureCloud, providing IT teams and AV professionals global scalability and ease of management for any AI-powered environment.

SCN: Why is InfoComm such an important show for you and your company?

SB: InfoComm is a key moment for Shure because it gives us the opportunity to demonstrate the breadth of new solutions we’ve launched this year—live, on the show floor—with the customers and partners who use them every day. It’s where we can have direct, meaningful conversations, show our technology in real-world scenarios, and gather feedback that helps shape how our solutions are deployed across the industry.

SCN: What do you expect the buzz to be on the InfoComm 2026 show floor?

SB: AI will be a major theme, especially how it’s being used to deliver real value to customers, applied to simplify workflows, save time, and improve collaboration. We’ll also see strong momentum around software, cloud platforms, and deeper integration between AV and IT systems.

SCN: What was the inspiration behind Shure’s new IntelliMix Bar Pro videobar?

SB: We saw an opportunity to raise the bar in collaborative environments by developing a premium, reliable, and enterprise-ready solution that works seamlessly today and is built to evolve with future workplace needs. Solutions that are easy to deploy shouldn’t sacrifice quality. The result is a system that enables more natural collaboration in AI-powered environments while giving IT teams confidence that their investment will consistently meet performance expectations at scale. Shure’s IntelliMix Bar Pro was designed to deliver superior audio and video performance in medium to large meeting spaces that often fall short of providing a high-quality collaboration experience.
