Digital Communication Networks ("DCN") are being implemented by major retailers and banks, in transportation, and out-of-home environments. Government agencies are beginning to recognize the potential for DCN's as well. This session will focus on detailing the learning's from one agency that has done extensive testing of a DCN, as well as from another agency that is considering the implications surrounding the implementation of a DCN.
