Kleege Industries, a provider of staging and production services in Southern California, has hired Kent Black to be the companys Los Angeles based sales representative. Black worked for many years in the touring business for such musical artists as Neil Diamond, Barbra Streisand and Yanni.

The last eight years he has also worked extensively in the corporate event industry for AVHQ, Screenworks, The Obie Company and The George P. Johnson Company.

"We have been looking for somebody to represent us in the L.A. market" says company owner Nevin Kleege "Kent brings to us not only his long time touring experience and contacts, but also his knowledge of the corporate event side of the business and the Los Angeles market and venues."

Black will concentrate on working with existing clients in the Los Angeles area and also work on establishing new business throughout southern California. Kleege Industries not only supplies Staging Concepts and Bil-jax stages, but also has Total Structure and Tom-Cat load bearing roof support systems. Kleege Industries also rents Stageline mobile stages, has a complete rigging department and can provide labor for any show or special event.

Along with the standard stages and roof systems, Black will also introduce to clients the Stageline mobile stage units, which offer load bearing roofs and setup times of under four hours.

"The Stageline mobile units are a great product for the L.A. market, where there are a lot of festivals, street events and shows that are under time constraints for setup and tear downs. We have a great rental product that can be very successful in this market," says Black. To contact Kent Black, please call 818-884-2831 or by E-mail: kent@kleegeindustries.com.
