SCN: What is your company’s story at InfoComm this year?

Mina Shin: As ViewSonic approaches nearly four decades in the industry, our focus at InfoComm 2026 is “People First. Pro AV Ready.” Our story is how we drive accessibility and high-impact visual experiences through simplicity and easy integration into AV ecosystems. From out-of-the-box plug-and-play solutions to cutting-edge advancements in dvLED like MIP (MicroLED-in-Package), we offer full solutions across all AV applications.

SCN: Why is InfoComm such an important show for you and your company?

MS: For a company with our history, InfoComm provides a place where we can reconnect with the integrators and partners who have grown alongside us for decades. It’s the essential platform to prove that being “Pro AV Ready” and putting “People First” means more than just having the specs and features. It means that ViewSonic provides reliable solutions, training, and local support that our partners need to succeed in an increasingly integrated and digital audiovisual experience.

SCN: What do you expect the buzz to be on the InfoComm 2026 show floor?

MS: We expect the buzz to be less focused on chasing "bigger and brighter" displays, and more focused on how to simplify solutions for use in real-world environments. We will be showcasing our MIP technology, which will certainly provide a "WOW" factor, but it’s not the whole story. We want customers and partners to understand real-world use cases, and how ViewSonic products and technologies can help them grow and expand. We also expect conversations to move toward removing the friction between technology and the people who use it every day. For displays, that means All-in-One innovations, easier-to-deploy setups, and enabling human experiences through AV technology.

SCN: How is your new Installation Certification Program helping integrators?

MS: The ViewSonic Direct View LED Installation Certification Program is our "People First" philosophy in action. We know that the greatest display in the world is only as good as its installation. By providing integrators with one-on-one training for our latest dvLED solutions, we are reducing risk and ensuring "first-time right" installations that protect the integrator’s margins and reputation while giving partners the specialized knowledge required for next-gen technologies and installations.

By scaling support, [we] create a network of integrator professionals who can deliver consistent, high-quality visual experiences for our brand, which builds end-user confidence by using a certified installer.
