Sanyo's New LCD Projector
SANYO www.sanyoprojectors.com introduces the PLV-Z3000, a super-fast 120Hz Full HD 1080p LCD Projector that features the company's exclusive 3D color management system, an ultra-high contrast ratio of 65,000:1, an advanced lens shifting function and a quiet fan system. The PLV-Z3000 is also the industry's first LCD projector to introduce 5:5 pull down, for the most frame accurate delivery of all source material. Replacing the popular PLV-Z2000, the new PLV-Z3000 offers SANYO's proprietary TopazReal HD technology, which includes 14-bit digital processing and the real-focus HD lens system. Rated at 1200 ANSI lumens, the PLV-Z3000 is capable of an incredible 65,000:1 contrast ratio for superlative black levels and jet-black color reproduction, especially when ambient light is present. SANYO also introduces a new optical engine that incorporates an additional optical compensating plate to minimize polarized light leakage, which increases contrast ratio. The PLV-Z3000 will be available December 2008 for an MSRP of $3,295.
