A.C.T Lighting Announces Management Reorganization

LOS ANGELES, CA--Bob Gordon, CEO and president of A.C.T Lighting has announced a companywide reorganization designed to facilitate more effective management. The reorganization comes on the heels of a period of substantial growth for the company, which added an East Coast office in Hackensack, NJ last year.

"Now that we're operating multiple locations with a much larger staff,
we have decided to reorganize our company hierarchy to provide us with
an active management layer," explains Gordon. "This move is expected
to improve communications within the company as well as allow us to
expedite important decisions and work more effectively."

President & CEO Bob Gordon, in conjunction with executive vice
president Ben Saltzman jointly announced the promotions. Promoted to
new management roles are Mario Collazo, who has been named vice
president of technical services, and Brian Dowd, who assumes the post
of vice president of sales. Dowd formerly served as general manager
of A.C.T Lighting East, which opened in 2007.

Joe Cabrera moves up as director of software support and development
under Mario Collazo, while Ward Carlisle remains the company's
operations manager and Cathy Henderson, the head of accounts and
administration.

"We reinforced A.C.T Lighting's leadership position in the industry by
going bicoastal last year and expanding the reach of the superior
service and value for money that customers have come to expect," says
Gordon. "We're excited about the team we've built and the
opportunities in the marketplace and believe that our reorganization
will further our goal of delivering the best in products and services
to our customers."
