ECCO Communicates with Customers Through In-Store Digital Network

  • ECCO now broadcasts its branding message directly to customers in stores with “TV ECCO.” TV ECCO, an in-store digital information network, helps raise the image of ECCO and deliver the best quality shopping experience to customers.
  • “The intent of ‘TV ECCO’ was to find a new way to communicate with customers that would be on-site, direct and dynamic,” said Albert B. Kristensen, International VM Manager for ECCO. “It is a new and effective way to tell ECCO’s story, its history, its values and its shoe comfort concept.”
  • To build the network, ECCO turned to Nuppenau, a Scala Certified Partner and one of the leading suppliers of in-store TV in Denmark. Nuppenau delivered a complete package of hardware, Scala software, installation, system integration and content production to ECCO. Scala allows ECCO to manage rapid content updates continuously so customers receive the latest ECCO news in a timely manner.
  • Today, TV ECCO is standard in every new ECCO store. In addition, ECCO’s premium stores have extra screens and channels, as well as other product and way-finding systems operated by the digital network.
