Future B2B, a division of Future plc, today announced it has partnered with Apogee Insight, a market intelligence and analytics firm, to produce new research focused on the consultants that serve the Pro AV industry. Results from the project, presented as the “SCN Top AV Consultants” list, will be featured later this summer in Systems Contractor News, Future B2B’s media brand serving the systems integration industry.
According to Lee Dodson, co-founder of Apogee Insight, the SCN Top AV Consultants will offer market analysis and feature input from consulting firms. “There are thousands of consultants across North America that are influencing and directing today’s Pro AV installations,” Dodson said. “The SCN Top AV Consultants will not only provide valuable data, but it will give consultants a platform to better explain and promote their role in the industry.”

SCN is already known for its annual SCN Top 50 Systems Integrators list, which ranks participating integrators based on revenues from commercial AV systems installations. The SCN Top AV Consultants will provide another useful industry resource that offers insights about the value of consultants serving the Pro AV industry. Data from the SCN Top AV Consultants will also be presented during an educational session in August at the AV/IT Summit, an annual conference and expo in New York City presented by SCN and AV Technology that explores the Pro AV ecosystem.
