Screen Research Selected as Screen Provider for the March du Film at the 61st Cannes Film Festival

NANTES, FRANCE--Screen Research has been selected as the official screen partner for the 2008 March du Film. For the third consecutive year, in support of the Cannes Film festival, Screen Research will provide eight acoustically transparent projection screens for the March du Film and the Short Film Corner screening rooms.

The March du Film is the largest international film market and the driving force behind the prestigious Cannes Film festival. The Marchs digital cinema and video screening rooms will feature five Screen Research ClearPix2 projection screens, for a true cinematic experience. The March du Film will present 4,000 films on top of the 64 films in competition for the Cannes Film Festival.

In addition, all three of the Short Film Corner screening rooms will be equipped with Clear Pix2 projection screens in the Palais des Festival. Now in its fifth year, the Short Film Corner lures a myriad of directors, producers, buyers and festival programmers in search of rare projects as the event is designed for, and committed to, assisting fledgling filmmakers develop these films.
