LAS VEGAS, NV--The Digital Signage Experts Group (DSEG), formed and led by industry veteran Alan Brawn, together with the official DSEG publishing partner, NewBay Media (publisher of Digital Signage magazine), successfully launched at the Digital Signage Expo. The inaugural class, that took place on Tuesday, the day before the show floor opening, was sold out, and 105 attendees that were able to register for the full-day training received in-depth digital signage technical and marketing instruction from co-instructors Alan Brawn and Jonathan Brawn.
The Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE) program is a digital signage certification course that will allow any technical, marketing, or sales professionals to master the formula for successful design, deployment, and ROI for digital signage rollouts. The DSEG program incorporates elements of “SPEED” digital signage training developed by Lyle Bunn, who will serve on the Advisory Board and as a presenter. Regional training, certification, and educational events are being planned for a variety of U.S. locations through 2009 and beyond.

The Digital Signage Experts Group (DSEG) is advised by a council of recognized industry experts and consultants. The DSCE Certification Program will be launched at the Digital Signage Expo, to be held February 24-26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas Nevada, but will be available in select locations nationwide throughout 2009, as well as through dedicated webinars.
