- SGA Production Staging has acquired both ASI Production Services and All Staging Unlimited; the combined new company is named SGASi Production Services (Booth 1574).
- SGASi will provide the broadest range of venue transformation capabilities to the events marketplace, offering design and execution of scalable event seating and staging solutions, including seating systems and audience risers; rental of theatrical drapery and temporary stages; and provision scenery, production automation and sets.
- SGASi will be led by Tom Hilton, president; ASI’s president, Dennis Smith, will remain at SGASI as executive vicepresident.
