The Quebec high court ratified on October 19th, 2006 the purchase of DAN Media by Neo Advertising. DAN Media, founded in 1999, operates in the dynamic digital signage market. It provides giant high definition screens with digital information and entertainment to advertisers in 65 shopping centers in Canada and the United States.
Neo Advertising, an international company based in Switzerland, operates in the same field of activity since 2003, and has now fully acquired DAN Media. DAN will remain active as a brand, however from now on it shall report to Neo Advertising. DAN's existing network in Canada will continue its activities. Christian Vaglio-Giors will become the interim CEO of the Canadian branch. He will communicate his strategy for development and will announce his new board of management in Canada at the beginning of November.

To date, DAN Media counts amongst its advertising clients companies such as Sony Playstation, Nike, Bell Mobility, Mastercard, Liz Claiborne, Nygard, Chrysler, Ralph Lauren, Sante Canada, Sanyo, GM and Maybelline.
Founded in 2003 by Christian Vaglio-Giors and Alexandre de Senger, the Neo Advertising Group is the European player of reference in the field of the digital signage at point of sale.
