Creative Marketing and Merchandising Media Solutions (c3ms), provider of digital signage networks, has announced the launch of the NobelVision™ Network throughout North America. Implementation of this private promotional and advertising network is currently underway and will be installed in 200 dental offices using Nobel Biocare products by the end of 2007. With over 160,000 practicing dentists in the US, Nobel Biocare will focus on partnering with their dentists in bringing this innovative patient education/entertainment system to over 1,200 dental reception rooms by the end of 2008 and expanding globally thereafter.

The NobelVision™ Network is a customized channel of dental healthcare information specifically designed to educate the patients of Nobel Biocare's customers on their dental options by delivering quality educational, informational and entertainment segments via an IP-based, networked narrowcast system. Presented on large flat-panel screens installed in dental offices, the NobelVision Network provides a unique opportunity for advertisers and content partners to market their products and services to a targeted, health conscious audience with known demographic and statistical data.

"With the growing population of patients who actively research their own healthcare options, having fresh, up-to-the minute information that's pertinent to their needs makes the wait in the dentist's office a more productive experience," said Kevin Mosher, Vice President & General Manager, Nobel Biocare North America. "For dentists, it's always better to have educated patients, particularly when they become knowledgeable about additional services that may be of benefit to them. The NobelVision™ Network represents a strategic vehicle to deliver timely and relevant information in an appropriate setting for the benefit of both parties."

Nobel Biocare, a worldwide leader in esthetic dental solutions, turned to c3ms for the NobelVision Network, including content creation to delivery via media players prominently positioned in dentists' offices. c3ms worked with Nobel Biocare to create entertainment, educational programming and advertising specifically targeted to the dental patient. The programming also includes real time information, such as news in a ticker format, at the bottom of the system's flat panel television screen. Additionally, the network will be used for clinician training, communication and continuing education by companies providing products and services directly to the practice after hours. The delivery of these programs mitigates travel time and cost to the dental practitioner, provides manufacturers with a virtual representative in the practice, and streamlines the delivery of these programs for the dental practices and manufacturers alike.

"NobelVision is a major step in the transition from 1st Generation to 2nd Generation networks in which the true potential of digital signage is realized," reports Max Engel, strategic analyst, for Frost & Sullivan's telecom practice. "RDM, c3ms, and Nobel Biocare have created the first truly 21st century, multi-functional network, that will perform advertising, marketing, entertainment and educational functions as a seamless whole," Engel concludes.

Advertisers can participate by purchasing spots on the network, or through a sponsorship package, which combines a 10-minute video segment with advertising. With dwell times likely to exceed 30 minutes, advertisers benefit by reaching a captive target audience through a dynamic highly targeted medium that uses full-motion, full-color video content that can be changed or updated daily by location. Additionally, the network will support a number of direct consumer response abilities for advertisers to utilize - including touch screen applications and SMS text messaging.

c3ms was founded in 2005 by John Bucknovitz and Ray Heiser to offer new content and a new means of distribution to maximize marketing dollars. The company creates and maintains turnkey networks, such as the NobelVisionï¿_ Network, by incorporating Real Digital Media's (RDM) digital signage platform. "c3ms selected RDM's NEOCAST® digital signage solution due to the scalability, centralized software architecture, the reliability of the plug-n-play media player appliances and provides a fully certified proof-of-play environment for advertisers," said John Bucknovitz, Partner, c3ms.

The NobelVision™ Network is operated and managed through a collaborative effort between c3ms and RDM. c3ms is responsible for implementing the network, as well as managing the distribution of content across the network. RDM is responsible for providing the digital signage network software and hardware.
