The Simultaneous Interpretation Specialists, announced that Alex Barbour, a Technical Service Representative with I.S.T.S., was recently honoured with the AIIC Canada Annual Award of Excellence on October 25, 2003.
- Alex is the first ever conference technician to receive this award, one that is given for consistently demonstrating excellent technical skills and outstanding customer service.
- Alex has always exemplified our core values by providing his clients with the highest levels of professionalism as well as service that is, quite simply, second to none, said Thiel.
- Its also important to note, added Thiel, that the judges voted unanimously to honour Alex with this award. Hes clearly a leader in the field and one more reason why AVW-TELAV and I.S.T.S. have attained a leadership role in the meetings industry.
