LiteTouch has enhanced its Lifetime Warranty for its customers. This limited lifetime warranty is extended to every home owner or facility owner as long as they remain the original owner of the property where the products are installed.
This development will enhance both the Lifetime Warranty and Repair Process:
► Minimum 3-Year Warranty Regardless of Owner Status. In this economy property owners can change rapidly, however LiteTouch’s commitment to quality never changes. Now all LiteTouch systems receive a minimum 3-year warranty regardless of the property owner.
► LiteTouch Repair Prices Quoted Upfront. If damage does occur to LiteTouch equipment as a result of installation error or other items outside of LiteTouch control, standard repair prices for each set of equipment is now printed right in the LiteTouch List Price Sheet. If it can’t be fixed, it will be replaced for the same price.
► Web Accessible Tracking Tools for Lifetime Coverage Verification. Keeping track of customers can be hard, but with LiteTouch’s new online registration tools and coverage verification process you will always have consumer and project information at your fingertips.
► Online Return Authorization Tracking Tools. Along with online sales and order tracking, LiteTouch dealers can now also track all product returns and evaluation results.

All LiteTouch products carry a lifetime warranty, including specialty wired, low voltage systems, wireless products and single room control equipment.
