Meeting-Space Resort Chooses AV Concepts For In-House AV Services

Tempe, AZ--AV Concepts, a full-service staging and in-house provider of audio-visual services in the Southwest, landed a multiyear agreement to provide services to The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Effective December 2002, AV Concepts became the resort's in-house provider of audio-visual services and rigging. AV Concepts provides the resort with a full inventory of high-end equipment, including high-resolution video switching packages, digital projectors, conventional and intelligent lighting systems, and audio systems for groups of all sizes. This extensive audiovisual inventory will be managed full-time by AV Concepts' team of dedicated audiovisual professionals located on-site at the Resort.

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort's first-class meeting space is comprised of more than 30,000 square feet of flexible, functional meeting space, including 14 meeting rooms, an acoustically perfect amphitheater, and accommodations for groups sizes of 10 to 1,000. The meeting space is complemented by 404 well-appointed guest rooms set on 40 acres of land.

Presentation Services (PSAV), a provider of in-house audiovisual services to the hospitality industry, has signed a multi-year agreement with the newly opened St. Regis Hotel, San Francisco, to be the exclusive in-house provider of audiovisual services.
