BroadSign Software Enhances PlayNetwork's Media Offering

PlayNetwork, a content and media solution provider for the retail, health and fitness, banking and hospitality industries, is now using the BroadSign (TM) Suite, enabling the company to provide clients with a single point of contact for a range of video media solutions such as rich asset management, scheduling and location-specific playback.

The BroadSign (TM) Suite covers all aspects of network management, allowing network operators such as PlayNetwork to handle both the technical and the media placement aspects of managing digital signage networks.

In addition, the BroadSign Suite facilitates planning and executing of advertising campaigns, from targeting to monitoring and performance reporting, opening up more immediate and appealing advertising opportunities for national media buyers looking to reach particular target audiences.

Broadsign and DPN

BroadSign announced August 21st that Massachusetts-based Digital Promo Network (DPN) will use the BroadSign Suite to deploy a digital signage network in 500 convenience stores by the end of 2007, with plans to expand the network to 2,000 stores over the next 18 months. BroadSign provides hosted software for powering digital signage networks in stores, restaurants, malls and transportation hubs around the world. BroadSign's digital signage network software will allow DPN's advertisers to buy and schedule in-store video spots in a targeted and efficient manner and manage networked content from one central location.
