Electrograph's DTE Reseller Event Gusts Back Into The Windy City

HAUPPAUGE, NY-The training, certification, and networking are in full swing as Electrograph Systems prepares to host its Display Technology Experience (DTE) reseller event for the second year in a row at Chicago's Navy Pier. The 2008 event, chock-full of new topics, trends, products and professionals, will commence on Thursday, May 22.

Electrograph's 2008 DTE program, which kicked off last month in Anaheim, is picking up speed with more industry-certified courses from NSCA and CEDIA, more in-depth commercial and residential product training sessions and more manufacturers exhibiting their newest technologies. Highlights from DTE Anaheim, including comments from industry consultant Gary Kayye's keynote address and testimonials from attendees, are now available for viewing.

"The DTEs just keep getting bigger, as proved at last month's event in Anaheim, where we had well over 350 resellers in attendance and the most manufacturers exhibiting yet," said Sam Taylor, president of Electrograph Systems. "Our goal is to provide the best mix of educational classes, market overview and top vendors for our resellers at each show. We are back in Chicago for the second year in a row at the request of our resellers. Since the program content is entirely different from last year, it's really a new event for them."

DTE Chicago features an energizing new list of business-building and training content that resellers can immediately put to use. Chuck Wilson, executive director of NSCA, will deliver the welcome address, and the training and education portion will be led by some of the most prominent names in the business. Topics and speakers include:

New technologies highlighted at the manufacturer's showcase taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. include the latest in plasma and LCD flat panel displays, home cinema projectors, touch panels, consumer DVDs, mounts and stands, video processors, amplifiers and receivers, wire and cable, video interfaces and more. Major display providers such as Panasonic, LG Electronics, NEC, Samsung, Sharp and Pioneer will sponsor and hold exhibit space at this event.
