Reflect Systems, provider of digital signage software and services to retailers and out of home advertising networks, has announced their recent selection and participation in the Microsoft Retail and Hospitality Advisory Board meeting in Atlanta and their achievement of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status. Both achievements come on the heels of Reflect’s early adoption of Microsoft’s .NET Framework 3.0, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and Silverlight technologies.
“We’re very excited and flattered to have been chosen to participate on Microsoft’s Retail and Hospitality Advisory Board; and we’re also very proud of our Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status,” said Matthew Schmitt, CEO of Reflect Systems. “Both achievements demonstrate to our customers our commitment to leveraging the advanced technologies available in Microsoft’s platform.”
“Microsoft is happy to have companies like Reflect Systems participate on our Retail and Hospitality Advisory Board,” said Geoff Thomas, Microsoft’s General Manager of Retail and Hospitality. “Reflect’s customer insights and experience applying the Microsoft technology platform in the retail and hospitality industries provide us with valuable feedback that helps us continue to deliver maximum value to the marketplace.”
Commenting on Reflect’s adoption of Microsoft’s .NET 3.0 and WPF, Vice President of Software Development Rick Mattock added, “Our integration of these new enabling technologies into our flagship product, ReflectView, has allowed the rapid development of exciting new digital signage content and display features. These features allow ReflectView customers to create visually stunning presentations with dynamic, real-time data for display on their digital signage and out of home media networks.”
Reflect Systems recently demonstrated the applications of .NET 3.0 and WPF for retail, food, and hospitality markets with Microsoft at tradeshows including the Food Service Technology show on October 10th through the 13th in Atlanta.
