2010 InfoComm Awards: Digital Signage

  • by David Keene

As the official partner of InfoComm in the administration, selection, and awarding of the InfoComm/Rental & Staging New Product Awards, we always have a difficult task of sorting out the good from the great new products for the staging market.Increasingly, digital signage is used in “staged” or live events, where displays and messaging technology is not just on the “stage” but is often featured in every part of the event. So digital signage products that are temporarily installed for the event, can feature everything from polling systems, IMAG (image magnification) of the presenters on stage featured on monitors in the hallways and lobbies, displays for trade show booths… and the list goes on. So the “Best Digital Signage Product” Award is increasingly important.

The 2010 Rental & Staging Systems/InfoComm Product Awards Deadline for Entry Submission from InfoComm 2010 Exhibitors is Tuesday, March 2, 2010. The 2010 RSS/InfoComm Installation Product Awards will showcase the most innovative commercial AV products of 2009.
