WEBSTER, NEW YORK - AUGUST 2012: Ashly Audio, manufacturer of high-performance and reliable amplifiers and signal processors, due to customer demand, is collaborating with URC, manufacturer of forward-thinking control technologies, in URC's Complete Control Partner Program (CCPP). With over eighty influential companies from the A/V, lighting, and HVAC industries invested, the CCPP makes it easy for integrators to design custom URC-based remote controls using intuitive commands that work transparently with participating companies' native control protocols. URC will demonstrate simple control of an Ashly ne8250pe amplifier/DSP in Booth 4462 at CEDIA EXPO (Indianapolis, September 5-8, 2012).

Now, integrators can purchase a URC remote control, such as the cost-effective KP-4000C touch panel, and readily program it to control all aspects of Ashly Audio's wide selection of Network Processors and Network Amplifiers with onboard Protea(tm) DSP Processors - as well as all other CCPP manufacturers involved in a given installation. "We're creating a world in which you don't need tens of thousands of dollars' worth of equipment and dedicated programmers to offer users intuitive, well-integrated control," said Mitch Klein, director of business development at URC. "Our remote controls are high quality and thoroughly modern in their aesthetics and functions. With the CCPP in place, integrators and dealers can be assured of smooth installations and future-proof performance." Participants at CEDIA will be able to experience the CCPP + Ashly Audio benefits first hand by visiting Booth 4462.
