Today, Mark Boyadjian, customer solutions director, Neutrik Group Americas, talks the new TRUE1 Data series of products and a must-see session in Vegas.
SCN: What is your company’s story at InfoComm this year?
Mark Boyadjian: Neutrik Group is not only enthusiastic about showcasing our new TRUE1 Data series of products, but we will also be part of the AVIXA educational sessions, teaching a Certified Renewal course for the first time. The session, “Neutrik AV Connectors—From Setting Standards to System Performance” will be taught by myself and fellow customer solutions engineer, Brant Mathiason.
SCN: Why is InfoComm such an important show for you and your company?
MB: InfoComm is a uniquely comprehensive event that unites the entire industry, showcasing the full spectrum of areas where Neutrik Group operates—spanning Pro AV, audio, lighting, broadcasting, and more, all within a single ecosystem. It provides an invaluable opportunity to reconnect with partners and integrators, and engage in meaningful conversations that help shape the coming year.

SCN: What do you expect the buzz to be on the InfoComm 2026 show floor?
MB: I expect there to be a heavy focus on AI-driven integration and environments—focused within educational sessions and keynote speakers, along with new product development for real-world applications.
SCN: What prompted you to create the TRUE1 DATA Connector Series?
MB: The TRUE1 DATA Connector Series is in direct response to evolving customer demands for high-performance data transmission in harsh environments. The series incorporates a multitude of high bandwidth, weather resistant, and ruggedized requirements. This has been NEUTRIK's sweet spot for over 40 years and a skillset we are proud to possess. It has enabled us to create a unified data container for fiber, RJ45, and USC-C connectors.
