Calrec Audio's new fixed-format remote audio I/O boxes range in size from 2U to 4U and include built-in power supply redundancy with either single or dual IEC power connections. The first three boxes from this range are the AD5603 and AD5608, both 2U analog I/O units, and the JB5607, a 3U unbalanced AES I/O unit. The AD5603 consists of 24 mic/line inputs and eight line outputs, while the AD5608 consists of 12 mic/line inputs and four line outputs. Both have phantom power indication and a tricolor signal LEDs indicating whether audio is present, normal, or at clip. The JB5607 consists of 32 AES inputs and 32 AES outputs on BNC connectors. The AES unit is also available as a 110-Ohm XLR-based 4U variant.

Protonic Software's easyjob Rental Management Software


easyjob software was developed by rental industry professionals and is based on the latest Microsoft .NET technology with Microsoft SQL database core. The interface takes on the look of the user's Windows operating system so that it feels familiar from day one. Online mini-lessons make it easy to learn and navigate features such as the labor/transportation planner, maintenance/repair scheduler and inventory conflict resolution board. Users can also design their own quotes, invoices and other forms and send them directly from easyjob via fax or e-mail. Transactions such as availability checks, repair orders and check ins/outs can be performed directly from wireless Symbol scanners in real-time, eliminating the need to log this information on a computer workstation.

Nelson Custom Case's MRI Series


At the heart of the case is a custom molded rubber insert, produced in house by Nelson Custom Case known as the MRI Series. Our design allows for the unit to lay flat in transport as per the manufacture's recommendation with the yoke locks in the off position and it allows for the hanging clamps to remain on the unit. You can easily raise the unit from the case by tilting the yoke into position before lifting. You can also easily make changes to the control modules while the unit is in the case and there is a storage compartment that will accommodate two additional effects units.

360 Systems' new Instant Replay2 adds Ethernet networking that lets users leverage today's internet and email technology for updates to their stored sound clip library. Audio clips can be transferred to and from a PC with point-and-click ease. Last-minute additions can be quickly retrieved over the web, instantly uploaded, and for any kind of live entertainment or production application. Fast, one-touch back-ups can also be performed, providing an extra measure of protection for critical content. With Instant Replay2, producers can now record audio directly onto hard disk. Built-in editing software enables head and tail trims, fade-ins and fade-outs, and gain changes.

Intellitrack's Check In-Out Inventory Tracking Software


IntelliTrack's Check In-Out tracking software provides an efficient method to track circulating assets and consumable inventory within a company or department by utilizing mobile computers, such as PDAs or PDTs, to scan barcodes. IntelliTrack Check In-Out collects and stores user IDs, both consumable and circulating items, locations, and quantities. In addition, Check In-Out completes routine physical inventories, manages a perpetual inventory and tracks items checked out by employees and/or customers. IntelliTrack Check In-Out contains user-customizable fields allowing the user to specify the naming of each field using their business terminology. The software generates user-customized reports, and logs that keep a history of the receipt, movement, and issuance of inventory.

AKG debuted the HC 577 headset designed to withstand the rigors of stage performance. Insensitive to moisture and perspiration, the HC 577 performs flawlessly under the bright stage lights actors are immersed in. Featuring an adjustable behind-the-neck headband and dual-ear temple pieces for stability, the HC 577 provides comfort and maneuverability to the end-user. The microphone boom further offers flexibility with an adjustable length, a flexible mic boom and choice of left or right-hand use. Compatible with all standard AKG wireless systems, the HC 577 features dual-diaphragm technology to ensure audio quality even under the most demanding live performance circumstances. Incorporating a CK77 omni-directional transducer, the HC 577 has undergone chemical testing to ensure resistance to an actor's make-up and creams, as well as alcohol and sweat.

Times Square Lighting's C4T6 Fixture


The C4T6 is a theatrical style unit available in either 120 or 277-volts. It is designed to accept T6 metal halide lamps in 39 or 70-watts. These units can be ordered with either a spot or flood reflector that can easily be changed in the field. Energy efficiency and long lamp life make this unit for lighting retail applications. It also features 4-way locking barndoors and an external accessory holder that accepts louvers and a variety of filters. Custom colors are available.

Gator's New G-Tour CD/Mixer Cases


Gator has released another new series in the G-Tour lineup. The G-Tour CD/Mixer cases are designed to hold two CD players and one 10 inch mixer all in one rolling case. Removable slats in the front and rear of the case allow use of front-loading CD players while in the case. Each side and middle of the case adjusts to fit various models and is offered in two sizes, the G-TOUR CD/MIX-9x12 and the G-TOUR CD/MIX-13x17. The cases also come with adhesive backed EVA foam blocks to ensure proper fit. The G-TOUR CD/Mixer Series features red Penn Elcom recessed MOL twist latches and spring loaded rubber gripped handles as well as heavy-duty Penn Bright zinc plated hardware.

Kramer Electronics' VP-419xl Scaler


Kramer Electronics' VP-419xl scaler is a desktop-sized video to computer graphics video and HD scaler. Two units of the VP-419xl can be easily rack mounted side by side for professional system use with the optional RK-80N rack mount adapter. The VP-419xl will accept an NTSC video signal in composite video, S-Video or component video format and will up convert that signal to one of eight computer graphics video and HDTV output resolutions. The unit also has a 15-pin HD computer graphics video input that when selected, or when the unit is powered off, will be routed directly to the output.

Christie Mirage HD Series projectors


Christie made a leap for 3D stereoscopic projection with the introduction of its new Mirage HD Series projectors. Offering the native 1920 x 1080 HD resolution 3-Chip DLP projectors with active stereo capability and combined with a revolutionary new platform that utilizes bandwidth more effectively, the Christie Mirage HD projectors can power images at 120Hz, flicker free, from a standard workstation computer. This versatility, coupled with a wider field of view, offers a new level of realism and comfort in stereoscopic viewing. The new Christie Mirage HD Series consists of four models: the Mirage HD3 at 2,800 ANSI lumens; the Mirage HD6 at 6,000 ANSI lumens; the Mirage HD8 at 8,000 ANSI lumens; and the Mirage HD18 with up to 17,500 ANSI lumens.

Audio-Technica's 1800 Series Dual-Channel Camera-Mount UHF Wireless Systems


With UHF reception of 996 frequencies that are user-selectable in 25 kHz steps, the new 1800 Series provides flexible and portable wireless solutions. The dual-channel 1800 Series wireless systems include the ATW-R1820 dual receiver featuring two completely independent receiver channels in a single unit. Ergonomically designed, this compact and rugged dual receiver easily mounts on a camera. Two balanced outputs enable signals to be mixed, or independently assigned to each output. Independent audio level controls provide flexible audio mixing and monitoring possibilities.

Lightronics' XC Series


Lightronics is now shipping its new line of compact dimmers. This new line, the XC Series, includes; wireless DMX option, an LED digital display, four and six channel capacity, 600 and 1200 watts per channel, softpatch, dimmer limiting, dimmer curve/relay selection, DMX-512 protocol, built in chase function, "set and forget" intensity, architectural interface and AMX/Crestron Iinterface. The XC Series has a lightweight design with rounded edges and an all black finish.

QVS' Mini Video Distribution Amplifier


QVS has just released its first Mini Video Distribution Amplifier. This ultra-portable Mini VGA DA broadcasts up to 200 feet a clear 300 MHz UXGA signal to at least two video display outputs simultaneously. The Mini VGA DA is self powered through VGA or USB port, comes with a built-in 1ft. cable and is small enough to carry in a laptop bag.

L-ACOUSTICS' 8XT And 12XT Coaxial Loudspeakers


The new 8XT and 12XT from L-ACOUSTICS deliver sonic performance in a compact and versatile multi-tasking package. The 8XT cabinet is the most compact model of the L-ACOUSTICS coaxial range. Operating on a frequency bandwidth of 65 Hz to 20 kHz, this response can be lowered to 32 Hz with the addition of the SB118 subwoofer. The 8XT contains a 1.5-inch-diaphragm compression driver coaxially loaded by an eight-inch low-frequency transducer in a bass-reflex tune enclosure. The internal passive crossover network uses proprietary third-order filters with built-in phase compensation. The linearization and protection of the transducers is defined by the drive parameters contained in the LA4 amplified controller.

Analog Way's Scan 1600 Scan Converter


The Scan 1600 will be showcased is a scan converter to convert PC, Mac or workstation graphic images up to 1600x1200 at 60Hz into video. Ready for the new generation of computer graphic cards, it also offers a standard DVI-D input for digital signal. It is totally auto-scan and converts in real-time, full screen image, with overscan / underscan and frame freeze functions. Scan 1600 outputs simultaneously composite, S-video and RGB/S or YUV in NTSC or PAL. Scan 1600 includes computer input format memory: user adjustments for up to 16 different input formats are stored in the device permanent memory. Scan 1600 features linear pan/zoom up to 500 percent to display from 100 percent to four percent of any part of the total input image area.

Martin's Littlebig 3.0 Xenon Fixture


Martin Professional has added the Littlebig 3.0 high powered 3 kW Xenon single arm moving head to its BigLite product line. The Littlebig 3.0 features a compact and modular design to enhance its capability for indoor use. The Littlebig 3.0 offers lighting designers real time CMY color mixing, diffusion with electronic strobe and many other customizable effects. A 3 kW Xenon short arc bulb combines with a custom cold mirror reflector to produce a bright beam. Its energy savings and reduced heat output thanks to a quiet cooling system give a long bulb life of 1500 hours.
