The new offering, ConferencePoint powered by Glowpoint, enhances AVI-SPL’s current room build and integration, customer care and onsite staffing models by adding comprehensive managed service support for both traditional video and telepresence environments.
AVI-SPL’s customers will have exclusive access to the ConferencePoint series through a customer portal and via live, 24/7 conferencing production and support teams. The service allows customers to see and talk to virtually anyone, anywhere around the world – regardless of network, technology or device.

The ConferencePoint service line will debut in Detroit on March 26 at the Sheraton Novi, AVI-SPL’s first stop in the 12-city AVI-SPL University educational series for AVI-SPL’s client base.
