Job Summary:
ITLE is looking for a high-energy candidate that is forward thinking and responsive to rapid changes in a fast-paced ever-evolving IOT environment. This person will be responsible for consulting with faculty and staff on daily preventative and corrective maintenance and operation of OSU audiovisual equipment and facilities as required. Assist in the planning and implementing of equipment installations, including participation in site surveys and client meetings as required for new projects. Research available technology as required. Develop and implement approved operations in order to accomplish the unit’s goals. Individual must be capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects. All work including maintenance and trouble calls will be documented in a ticket system portal.
