Two Canadian Catholic School Districts Invest in Blossom Learning SMART Board Courses

- TORONTO, CANADA--The Renfrew County Catholic School District Board, based in Pembroke, Ontario, and the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board, based in Hamilton, Ontario, have purchased more than 100 copies of the Blossom Learning Online SMART Board Course, according to Paul Weatherhead, general manager of the Toronto, Canada based software developer.
- “Catholic school districts face their own unique budget challenges when it comes to making technology investments and realizing the full potential of those investments,” Weatherhead said today. “The Blossom Learning Online SMART Board Course offered both of these districts with an affordable, easy-to-deploy training solution that will help their teachers realize the full creative potential of the SMART Boards installed in their classrooms. We are proud to be a part of their present and future training efforts.”
- The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is the Roman Catholic school board for the city of Hamilton, Ontario. It operates 53 elementary and seven secondary schools. The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board is comprised of 22 schools (20 English Elementary Schools and 2 English Secondary Schools) in 16 communities, the majority of which are rural.
