PHOENIX, AZ--OmniMount launched its Dealer Resource Center-an online database that provides comprehensive, up-to-date, easily-downloadable product information.
The Dealer Resource Center provides OmniMount's dealers and distributors with instant access to product information including advertising, point of sale design, instruction manuals, product literature, storyboards, press releases, award-winning product information, logos and over 1,000 product images. The Dealer Resource Center houses content for both the consumer and commercial division of the business and can be easily accessed by the company's web sites, omnimount.com and omnimountpro.com, respectively.
"It's very important to us to make sure that our clients and distributors have key product information at their fingertips," said Annette Carrier, general manager of brand marketing for OmniMount. "With the new Dealer Resource Center, everything from product images to press releases is available for immediate download-and we're adding new information every day. This center will allow us to be more responsive and make sure our customers can access what they need, when they need it."
The Dealer Resource Center is launched on the heels of OmniMount's Online Learning Library, which was introduced in December. Both programs were created to provide OmniMount customers the tools needed to offer the best service possible. The Learning Library is an online training institute that educates and certifies dealers and installers on OmniMount's products.
