Biamp Asks Customers To Share Their Stories

BEAVERTON, OR--Biamp Systems has announced the launch of Share Your Story, one of the programs developed to support its Doing Business Better strategy, focused on its customers. Share Your Story is a program in which integrators and consultants can more efficiently share installation stories, photos and product lists in a user-friendly format online. Currently, Biamp has a live web promotion for this new and innovative program, offering even more incentive for loyal Biamp customers to share insight and generate rewards for their hard work. When information for an installation story is submitted, Biamp works with their customer to develop a professionally written case study.

The customer can then use this document as a sales tool to potential new clients to highlight experience in a particular vertical, with a specific system, or to highlight their success with a complex and challenging project. Biamp will also be providing public relations support with their customers local media, so future clients can learn of the integrators capabilities. In addition, Share Your Story was launched to support the AV trade publications, which continually seek to connect with integrators and consultants for unique installation stories.

“When developing the Doing Business Better strategy, our primary focus was providing our customers with valuable tools to increase their visibility within their market and as a result, increase their opportunities. With Share Your Story, we can lend our expertise and resources in marketing and public relations, to support many of our customers; many of whom have never had the ability to generate this kind of marketing support due to not having the staff within their organization or the knowledge to stream line such a program,” says Ron Camden, VP of North America Sales, Biamp Systems.

By participating in the promotion, all entrants will receive an “I Kick App“ sticker. The first fifty qualified submissions, will also receive an official Biamp Dojo t-shirt. All entrants will be registered to win a grand prize of a Wii™ Console with a Ninja skills game. Interested participants may submit as many projects as they like to build a library of installations to share with perspective clients. Encompassing both products and services, Doing Business Better is aimed at strengthening partnerships between Biamp customers and those seeking quality AV solutions, providing tools to win new business and create more profitable installations, finding new and innovative ways to further accomplishments, providing inspiration to look for new areas of opportunity and promoting information exchange across the globe. The Share Your Story web promotion will run through midnight PST, May 5, 2009: www.biamp.com/shareyourstory
