Rental & Staging Systems To Publish 10X In 2003

New York, NY--On the heels of a highly successful first full calendar year of publishing in 2002, Rental & Staging Systems magazine will go 10X in 2003.

The increased frequency will meet the growing demand in the market from the staging, AV, and production professionals who have come to rely on Rental & Staging Systems as the industry's best resource for the corporate and entertainment event and rental markets. The announcement of the increased frequency of Rental & Staging Systems follows the announcement by the International Communications Industries Association, Inc. (ICIA) that Rental & Staging Systems magazine will be the official Media Sponsor of the 2003 Rental & Staging Systems Awards, to be presented at InfoComm 2003.

Rental & Staging Systems Executive Editor David Keene commented on the news: "No other magazine in history of this industry has achieved such rapid growth and success so soon in its evolution. When we launched Rental & Staging Systems in 2001, it was immediately clear that our mission of taking readers to new and growing corporate event markets, as well as covering the best of the entertainment markets, resonated in the industry." Rental & Staging Systems Publisher Adam Goldstein comments, "With the explosion in video projection technology, new generations of digital audio, and sophisticated computer-controlled lighting, production values in corporate staging markets have risen dramatically over the last few years. This was an ignored and virtually untapped area, until we launched Rental & Staging Systems, presenting a new opportunity to sell equipment to this lucrative market. Our increased frequency in 2003 will create even more opportunity for market growth."

The 2003 Rental & Staging Systems Awards program will recognize and reward excellence in the design and production of AV in staged events. Rental & Staging Systems magazine will conduct the juried awards program, in cooperation with ICIA and its members, concluding with the presentation of awards at InfoComm 2003, the week of June 3-5, 2003 in Orlando, FL. Awards will be presented for the best staged events of the year, and for the best new products for the rental and staging market. Winners of awards for the best staged events of the year will be selected by an independent panel of judges including officers of the ICIA Rental and Staging Council and editorial staff of Rental & Staging Systems magazine. Awards for the best new products for the rental and staging market will be made on the basis of a special Rental & Staging Systems magazine readers' poll.
