ANAHEIM, CA--Winter NAMM 2008 marked the beginning of a year's worth of planned partying aimed at celebrating QSC's 40th anniversary. To properly launch the festivities, founder Pat Quilter joined Barry and John Andrews in unveiling a cake replica of a pair of the Costa Mesa, CA manufacturer's new GX Series amps. 100 percent realistic and edible right down to the finest details, the sugary confection failed to meet UL standards, but tasted as good as it looked. Brothers Barry and John now jointly share the CEO's office.
