New Electrograph Service Center for Southern California

Electrograph Systems, Inc., the national distributor of display technology solutions including plasma displays, LCD displays, LCD and DLP projectors, and other specialty displays, has announced the opening of a new factory-authorized service center in City of Industry, California (Los Angeles area). The opening of the new service center follows the acquisition of International Computer Graphics (ICG) in June 2006.
According to Electrograph, "with an existing service center on Long Island in New York, the Los Angeles location enables Electrograph to provide complete value-added coverage to its reseller customers nationwide."
"The expansion of our services division is an important component of our strategy as a value-added distributor," said Electrograph CEO, Alan Marc Smith. "As part of our integration of ICG, we are introducing many aspects of our VAD model into their business and the service center is one of the steps in that process."

"Electrograph wants to provide more than just a box to our resellers - we are expanding our value-added repair services to help our resellers increase their customer satisfaction and retention."
Electrograph's service authorizations include leading manufacturers such as Pioneer, Panasonic, NEC, Philips, LG/Zenith and Samsung.
