BAGNO A RIPOLI, ITALY-B&C Speakers appointed Ron Tizzard to the newly created position of International sales director. Tizzard is a sales and marketing professional with more than 20 years of global experience in the pro audio industry, and is the first addition to the B&C management team since their successful IPO in July 2007.
Before joining B&C Speakers, Ron Tizzard served as vice president of sales and marketing for Yorkville Sound, a Canadian based professional audio and MI manufacturer/distributor with worldwide representation. Here he was responsible for product development, sales, marketing and off-shore manufacturing.
"Ron's extensive experience will be an asset to both B&C and our customers," commented managing director Lorenzo Coppini. "His addition will broaden our global perspective, and allow me and our management team to focus on the strategic expansion of our company, which is slated to open a new production facility early in 2008."
