Ad-ology Research has announced the availability of the Marketing Forecast iPhone application and a new Web site for the advertising and marketing industry
The Marketing Forecast iPhone application is designed to keep strategic advertisers and marketers up-to-speed on industry research, news, and trends. It provides a continuous stream of marketing and consumer insights from Ad-ology Research and other top research firms.

The app also features U.S. economic trends, trending topics from Google, and includes Twitter streams that aggregate recent Tweets about advertising and marketing.
“CMOs, advertisers, agencies, and business owners are constantly looking forward, making decisions for weeks and months in advance,” said C. Lee Smith, president and CEO of Ad-ology Research. “That’s why this app and the Web site are focused on where the market is going to be rather than where it was yesterday,” Smith said.

The MarketingForecast.com Web site provides a compilation of the latest forecasts, as well as challenges and opportunities ahead in a central location. Featured information includes advertising revenue, category sales, marketing activities, and consumer spending, plus other insights and news about advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
The Marketing Forecast app is now available for free through the Apple iTunes store.
