FireSign, Inc has announced the promotions of three staff members, according to Mark Magnuson, CEO of the digital signage company.
Chris Lee has been named president of FireSign, Inc. With nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Lee was one of the original staff members of Anode, Inc., a sister company to FireSign, Inc. Prior to joining Anode and FireSign, Inc., Lee was with the Communications and Technology group of Hospital Corporation of America.
Kent Kersten has been promoted to Vice President of Software Development. Kersten's diverse background includes software engineering and hardware design. Prior to his current role with FireSign Inc., Kersten was a consultant with Vanderbilt University, Southwestern Company, and IBM. Kersten has authored several free add-ons for the software Macromedia Director. Currently, these are used by multimedia authors in the U.S., Japan, the Middle East, and Europe.

J.D. Kern has joined FireSign, Inc. as Senior Account Executive. With almost 10 years of sales experience, Kern brings to FireSign, Inc. tenures in both Hospital Corporation of America and HealthSouth. Kern holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
