InfoComm Names André LeJeune to Staff Instructor Position

FAIRFAX, VA--InfoComm International has named André LeJeune, CTS, to a new Rental & Staging Staff Instructor position. LeJeune has more than 30 years of staging and presentation expertise. Specializing in staging for national corporations, he has produced projects that incorporate the latest meeting techniques and technologies, including large-scale sound, lighting and video presentation systems. Most recently LeJeune was Senior Director of Training at MVP International.

Lemke.” When we decided to add an instructor to address this unique area of expertise, André LeJeune was a logical choice. As a former Educator of the Year, his command of both the technology and the classroom is unparalleled.”

InfoComm has always been a resource for the rental and staging community and LeJeune will lead the efforts to train member companies be better and be more profitable. LeJeune has chaired InfoComm’s Professional Education and Training Committee (PETC), authors training texts and teaches industry seminars.

Lou Valente Joins NSCA Staff

Lou Valente has joined the staff of NSCA, as Member Relations Advisor. In his new role, Valente will assist the NSCA identify products and services best suited to the needs of varying industry groups, evaluate the current NSCA sales process and mentor the sales staff.

Almo Names Three Vice Presidents

Almo Professional AV has announced the promotion of three employees to vice president positions within its professional audio/visual division. Melody Craigmyle has been named vice president of marketing, and John Riley and Steve Stacy are now vice presidents of sales in the Eastern and Western regions respectively.

Underscoring the importance of system solutions to its growth strategy, the Harman Pro Group has created a new strategic marketing position focused on integrated systems and coordinated multi-brand communications. Industry veteran Michael MacDonald has rejoined the company to assume the newly created position of executive vice president, marketing, based at the group's Northridge, CA headquarters.
