Digital Media Pioneer to Advise Out-of-Home Audience Intelligence Firm

Newport Beach, CA – Bill Collins, a Digital Place-Based Advertising (DPA) pioneer and entrepreneur, has joined the Advisory Board of Bulzi Media, a Newport Beach firm focused on providing real-time audience measurement and metrics for the Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising market.

Now a principal at DecisionPoint Media Insights, a digital media research firm, Mr. Collins has over ten years of experience as an industry analyst, consultant and consumer research professional within the DPA industry. He is the co-founder of, the first international new-and-analysis publication created for the industry, and co-author of the world’s first syndicated research report on Digital Signage. He has consulted for many manufacturers, network operators and service providers and played a key role in the launching of the Digital Place-Based Advertising Association (DPAA), the industry’s main trade organization.
