Visix Builds Staff to Meet Demand

  • Visix has hired four new employees to support the growth of the business.
  • The company has consistency increased revenues over the past three years, despite the challenging economic climate in U.S. markets. This year, Visix has added over 160 new clients, and secured the largest sale in the company’s history, both in terms of sale dollars and products delivered. Personnel additions across the business have been made throughout 2009 to speed product development, streamline and advance operational efficiencies, and improve the customer experience.
  • The following employees have recently been added to the Visix team in order to support growing demand and planned growth over the next 24 months:
  • Dave Leo – Application Consultant, North Central Region
  • Jeff Aragon – Application Consultant, West Region
  • Michele Barard – Client Services Representative
  • Brion Long – Lead Multimedia Artist
  • These new hires add to a talented roster of staff additions made earlier this year, including Susan Kurkjian, Vice President of Product Development; Jeff Hall, Senior Software Support Engineer; and James Holak and Jory Meltzer, .NET Developers.
  • “Despite the economic challenges of the past 16 months, we’ve seen increased demand across most markets,” comments Sean Matthews, President of Visix. “Digital signage provides long-term cost savings for communicators at higher education institutions and across organizations, so the investment is still sound even during budget restraints. We strive to provide solutions in any economy by being flexible and proactive so that our customers see a true return on their investment.”
  • Further staff additions are planned for 2010.
