CEDAR RAPIDS, IA--Create a more productive and competent staff with the NSCA University educational courses of your choice delivered directly to any workplace.

Sending employees away for training is an investment of your time and money. To help NSCA members reduce costs, NSCA U can bring existing curriculum to a facility or build a new course specifically for a company.

The following courses are available for on-site delivery or as the basis for a new course:

o Project management and estimating training
o Technical Fundamentals of Audio, practical knowledge of the most important technical ideas found in audio
o Technical training based on NSCA’s Electronic Systems Technician Training Series

Contact NSCA to discuss any company’s unique training needs. The more employees to train, up to 12 participants, the more you will save by eliminating travel-related costs. Companies that make their training reservations by August 31 will receive a $500 discount on the cost of the course.

NSCA, InfoComm New AV Training

Leaders from the National Systems Contractors Association and InfoComm International have announced a new systems integration training event, NSCA TechWeek, sponsored by InfoComm.  The event will take place October 20-24 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas Texas. The purpose of TechWeek is to provide educational opportunities in popular applications, including digital signage, professional audiovisual, fire and life safety, access control, and more.  The event will feature expert education from NSCA University  and the InfoComm Academy , manufacturer training, certification testing, networking opportunities and tabletop exhibits. Classes will run throughout the week and will vary in length from 2 hours to 4 days depending on the subject matter. Table top exhibits will begin on the night of the 21st and end at 4 p.m. on the 23rd and will be closed during the morning class sessions.
