  • StereoStone now offers its line of Da Vinci Cinema Rock High Fidelity Outdoor Speaker Systems in seven standard colors, as well as offering available color matching. The Da Vinci line uses computer assisted designs (mlssa), and acoustical performance is enhanced beyond that of the typical box-type speaker by using a new semi elliptic parabaloid internal shaped enclosure. All StereoStone products, including the Da Vinci line, are also triple protected from outdoor elements, including protection from insects, rain, snow, and ice, as well as from the sun's ultraviolet rays.
  • All Da Vinci models include StereoStone's exclusive weatherproof bass tuned port which extends bass frequencies down to 35 Hz, while the inside of the enclosure remains environmentally isolated. Additionally, a 1-inch titanium tweeter using a neodymium rare earth magnet is utilized to provide "directional" (adjustable up/down and left/right) high frequency response.

The RCC 600 is a reactance-canceling, in-wall subwoofer. Built utilizing a configuration that eliminates vibrations and sound distortion, the RCC 600 has a sound/bass performance designed to equal or surpass that of an oversized floor-standing 12-inch subwoofer. The subwoofer's separate rack mountable 600-watt, class-D amplifier uses digital signal processing software allowing for a customized setup matching a room's unique sound needs. The RCC 600 features automatic room equalization and variable low pass slopes. Sound controls like power, gain, movie mode, and music mode are front panel accessible, giving consumers added flexibility.

Niles' CM Series

Niles introduced 26 new ceiling-mount loudspeaker and subwoofer solutions designed to deliver outstanding audio performance from a discrete location. All models install easily, feature impact resistant ABS paintable frames, weather resistant hardware and Niles' exclusive rustproof MicroPerf aluminum grille. Several models feature patented twist and lock installation, giving integrators the ability to simply twist, lock and install each speaker into place. Additionally, each ceiling-mount speaker features an integrated woofer/baffle assembly that allows for a larger woofer cone area, and more powerful bass, without enlarging the speaker frame/grille.

Furman's PowerKit-TL

The in-wall AC extension system developed by Panamax is now available to Furman dealers. The PowerKit-TL allows for safe and discrete connection of remote equipment back to the system's power conditioning unit, such as when a plasma screen or subwoofer at the front of a theater needs to be connected to a rack in the rear. The system is UL-approved and code-compliant.

Premier's Polaris

Premier Mounts has unveiled the Polaris universal projector mount that is designed to fit projectors that weigh less than 10 pounds. The Polaris features Premier's exclusive MagnaGuide technology, which allows for a quick and easy, one-person installation. Two magnets perfectly align the projector and temporarily hold it in place before it is secured with the appropriate security screws. The mount also features the Lock-It security S=system, which protects all mount and adjustment points. The unique design of the hardware deters theft and may only be removed with a specially designed Allen wrench.

Panamax's MAX 7500-PRO

The newest addition to the Panamax Pro Line is the MAX 7500-PRO. The key enhancements include remote diagnostics (IP-ready with optional Ethernet card), ground lift, advanced filtration, voltage regulation, balanced power, automatic voltage monitoring (AVM), additional high-current outlets, auto-dimming meters, cable access television (CATV), telephone, and local area network (LAN) protections, as well as 12-volt trigger, USB light, and rack ears.

The heart of the MAX 7500 Pro's filtration is a 720VA isolation transformer that provides power for digital source components or displays. AC regeneration through electromagnetic coupling between the primary and secondary windings of the transformer allows only clean, pure AC power to reach equipment.
