MIDDLETON, WI-Full Compass customer Chuck Grove has won the grand prize for QSC's "Obsessed" contest. Known on the QSC Obsessed Forum as "Hayseed", Grove submitted his winning entry titled "My MX-1500". The story begins with his pair of QSC amps being fully submerged after a sewer backup, and later dropped from the back of a U-Haul after a neglectful drummer forgot to secure the latch. Even after this torture, the amps worked flawlessly. To this day, he still dusts off his MX-1500s on occasion to test them and has never been disappointed.
Grove won $1,000 in QSC gear and the grand prize of a $5,000 spending spree at Full Compass courtesy of QSC Audio.
