Recognizing that business growth in the Pro AV and consumer electronics industry stems from new ideas and continued forward movement, Premier
Mounts has brought in Lee Dodson to lead the company as president. Dodson, a 25-year veteran of the Pro A/V industry joins the company from Extron Electronics where he was vice president of marketing. Officially taking over the reigns on September 1, Dodson will work in tandem with Premier Mounts’ founder and CEO Len Dozier to continue to
deliver on the company’s promise of innovative product solutions and exceptional service.

Actively involved in the Pro AV industry, Dodson twice served as the elected chairman of the InfoComm International Manufacturers Council and board of governors and once on the InfoComm executive committee. “Premier Mounts has earned a reputation for high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations,” said Dodson. “Len has built a company that stands out in so many ways. As president of Premier Mounts, Dodson will spearhead the company’s reaffirmed emphasis on serving the Pro A/V channel and targeted retail organizations.
In his most recent position at Extron Electronics, a leading manufacturer of Pro AV system integration products, Dodson oversaw Extron's marketing activities in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and was instrumental in continuing to build Extron's market share. Under Dodson’s direction, the company dramatically expanded its product and services offerings and implemented an extensive suite of customer-focused marketing and educational resources, including Extron's award winning Web site and respected training programs. Dodson began his career at Extron as director of marketing in 1999.
