The current work from home period has punctuated the need to be flexible in how we meet. As we return to work in the hybrid workplace environment, collaboration can become more inclusive. “We can capture information that we’re sharing, we can accelerate productivity and expand the reach of our collaboration to include more people,” said Lisi. “We have to let our in-person experience be available to the person who is not in the room.”
