InfoComm 2014: Audio Visual Products You Won't Find in Press Releases

After spending the majority of the day yesterday running around the larger booths and seeing products that the biggest exhibitors were showing, I’ve since identified the “off the beaten path” booths. In particular, I was looking for impressive solutions I wouldn’t find underneath a pile of press releases and pre-show marketing emails.

If I had to sum up my NAB 2015 impression in a single thought, I would have to say that the show was all about revolutionary change, and about a contrast of directions. As I was putting together my thoughts for this blog, I decided that I would approach it from a different perspective. This isn’t about the newest product, or the most innovative company.

First, ask yourself, why don’t you attend this show? Is this a market niche you don’t pursue? You don’t have any broadcast projects? Is broadcast not AV? Well let me tell you, if you answered “no” to any or all of these questions, that’s why you SHOULD go to NAB.
